Once plans are completed, even if only to "permit application" status, we can provide final pricing on the project. We provide realistic allowances for items not fully specified which allows for a final budget or contract to be developed.
Many times the Owner and Designer would like to get a budget for a concept design to ensure the project is on track. We can provide a preliminary budget, broken down by category, to assist in decision making through the design process. In addition, the plan review brings up suggestions and observations from the construction point of view.
