 We offer preliminary inspection and budgeting for prospective properties. There is great value in including your contractor in this phase, especially for properties with existing or previous tenants. Let us take a look and provide a "construction" review for the various aspects including utilities, foundation, roofing and mechanical systems.

Once plans are completed, even if only to "permit application" status, we can provide final pricing on the project. We provide realistic allowances for items not fully specified which allows for a final budget or contract to be developed. 

 Many times the owner and designer would like to get a budget for a concept design to ensure the project is on track. We can provide a preliminary budget, broken down by category, to assist in decision making throughout the design process. In addition, the plan review brings up suggestions and observations from the construction point of view. 

 From concept design to contract management and close out, Rush Contracting will be there every step of the way.
